After the Go-Live of the project "GIP - Gestão Integrada de Pessoas" that uses as SAP tool SuccessFactors, realized by the SOU itself, our support service came into force to support the HR and the IT of the company in the administration of the processes of evaluation of Goals and Performance, Calibration, Succession, Training and Recruitment.
Our support team has been allocated FullTime to support the day-to-day needs, as well as having consultative support in improving the processes and new features of the tool.
The demand of the organization was to provide to their public a 360° Competency Evaluation, with little time and with a process that had not been mapped yet.
Given the demand and using the best market practices for the project, we designed the dynamics of working within the tool. The result was approved by Takeda and consequently released to the specific public in time to complete the task.
